The Wooden Studio is a boutique wooden toy company dedicated to designing heirloom-quality, luxury wooden toys and children's furniture for modern families. At the Wooden Studio, we believe toys should deliver endless opportunities for play, creativity, growth and development, and evolve together with the child. So in May 2021, the Wooden Studio formed as a collective of parents, aunts and uncles coming together to create Montessori-inspired wooden toys for families in Greater Toronto. Since then, we have grown our products list and thankfully our customer-base to include families all over southern Ontario. Our toys are made in Canada, supporting local craftsmen and artisans. The Wooden Studio works collaboratively with local creative wood workers to design and develop the highest-quality wooden toys. We are constantly evolving our designs, our products and thinking of new toys and ways we can engage your child. Our toys are non-toxic. We allow the beauty of the natural wood types we use to come, and seal only a handful of our toys using all natural Linseed oils. We hope your family enjoys The Wooden Studio toys for years to come.
We also believe in giving back to our planet. Which is why we partnered with Forest Ontario to ensure that for every toy purchased, a tree will be planted in Canada.
